•     courtesy to others, please provide at least 24 hours notice
•     if you are unable to attend a workout.

Pilates Mat Classes

• •   Beginner pilates course (8 weeks) - $160

• >  $50 deposit required at the time of booking
• >  Payment in full is required prior to commencing the course.
