
Mat pilates classes are a great introduction to pilates. The foundations of pilates technique are best learnt in this setting.
Beginner mat pilates courses
If you have never done pilates before you will benefit from our eight week introductory beginner course. All newcomers are required to complete this course before progressing to casual classes at a more advanced level. Our beginner courses are held over eight consecutive weeks at the same time and day each week.

What if I’m injured?
Mat pilates classes best suit people who are relatively fit and healthy. So if you do have an injury or a medical condition our tailored studio rehabilitation pilates may be a preferred option for you.
What to wear?
Please wear something you can easily move in. Shorts, tracksuit pants and T-Shirts are just fine. In the interests of hygiene, please bring a clean pair of socks with you for each workout.
